I am so pleased with the experience I had at this dealership. The sales person who assisted me was David Chagnon and he was very patient. I had called and text him so many times before the purchase and every time he patiently answered all my questions. Great salesman. He took care of all the setup even though it was so late in the evening and walked us thru all the features of the car. Definitely recommend him. The MSRP price for their cars were great compared to other dealerships .

I asked for oil change and air filter change. When the service manager looked up my history he saw that they had changed the air filter at my last visit. He then took that off my service order. I appreciated this attention to detail and not just replacing because and asked and charging me for the service. Thanks for looking out for the customer!
I brought my impala in for an oil change. Prior I had already noticed a load noise every time I started. Wasn’t sure what it was. I never mentioned it when I brought it in because I thought I would be informed about it after my car was finished being serviced. I was not. It’s like they didn’t know anything about it. After I payed for my oil change and stated my car the noise was still present. I called my rep over and pointed it out. I then had to bring my car back in the following week to get it diagnosed which was an inconvenience since it was just there. My front cat converter had a crack. And caused the sound. Like I mentioned the sound is loud to the point that you can’t miss it. Whenever I have an appointment I park my car there the night before because I usually choose the earliest appt. So in my opinion the person who drive my car in the next morning most definitely heard that noise. I’m not happy with that service at all. There were other minor things I was not satisfied with I’m not going to mentioned. I won’t be returning long story short.
Dave Chagnon was awesome. He was very attentive to everyone of my needs and wants when it came to a new car. He gave me time to think about the deal that he offered me. I did not push me in anyway to buy the car.
My 5 stars doesn't go to Barlow directly. I want to thank Samantha from Service department. She has been exceptional and was a solution for my family and my self. The rest of her co workers should learn to smile and be part of the solution. We, the customers, make them possible to have a job. Thanks Samantha, blessing for you.
